An AI suite powered by your friends and neighbors
GamerAI runs on contributors' gaming PCs. You run a small agent
when your machine is idle; in return, you and the people you
invite get free access to the whole toolbox — chat, image
generation, and more — without a subscription and without
anyone harvesting your prompts to train their model.
How it works, honestly
-
You run the agent on your gaming PC. It picks
up jobs from the shared queue only when the machine is idle
— gaming or working takes priority. Power scales with demand,
not uptime: near-zero when nothing's running, full GPU draw
only during active inference.
-
You earn tier-based access based on uptime,
capability, and how many jobs you actually serve. Each tier
raises the daily quota for you and the friends you invite.
No subscription, no billing — your contribution is
the membership.
-
You invite the people you want on the network.
Each invite is a link you share over your own channel (text,
Slack, however) — we don't run an email service. Your
invitees use the suite under your tier's quota; you can
adjust their daily cap or revoke their access from your
Account page anytime.
How we keep the lights on
When the contributor pool has spare capacity, we offer it to
outside customers and use that revenue to keep the coordinator
running. The majority of what comes in flows back to the
contributors whose machines did the work; the rest covers
operating costs. The platform never charges you and never sells
your prompts.
Set up on Windows in five minutes
Windows only for now.
What you need
- Windows 10 or 11 on a desktop or laptop
with a discrete GPU.
- NVIDIA GPU with ≥6 GB VRAM for the chat
tool. 8+ GB unlocks image generation as well.
- A recent driver (Studio or Game Ready,
either is fine).
- A GamerAI account — accept an invite from
someone already on the network, or
sign in if you already have one.
Install
-
Download the installer:
GamerAI-Agent-Setup.exe
-
Run it. Windows SmartScreen will show a
"Windows protected your PC" warning the first time — the
binary isn't code-signed yet. Click More info →
Run anyway.
-
Open the agent from the Start menu. The first run prints a
pairing URL and opens your default browser to it.
-
On the browser page, click Pair this PC. You'll
need to be signed in — if you're not, sign in first and the
page will bounce back. The agent picks up its credentials
automatically.
-
Leave the agent running. It autostarts at login and only
serves jobs while your machine is idle.
